  • CNC machined in house. 
  • Powder coated and black oxide coated for outstanding looks and corrosion resistance.
  • Bends up to 3/8" steel round bar and up to 1/4" x 1" steel flat bar.
  • Designed to be mounted in a bench vise.
  • Common uses include exhaust hangers, hooks, custom brackets, fender hangers, modifying existing tabs, etc.
  • All dowel pins are 1/2" for max beef!
  • Commonly referred to as a manual flat bar bender, or manual rod bender
  • For smooth material only. Do not use the Machete Bender to bend rebar or any ribbed, textured, or knurled material; these surfaces can catch on and break the dowel pins.

    So cool and easy!

    I'm not a fabricator by all means but I do like to build and fix my own trucks. I'm installing a disc brake conversion kit on my 75 GMC truck and needed to route my e-cable. Wanted a bracket to hold the cable across the axle. Made this one out of flat stock. It's super simple. Really happy with the outcome

    Broken dowl.

    Machete works as advertised. I used mine just a little and just now broke a dowl pin. It's Labor Day so I'll call them tomorrow for some spare pins.
