SHIPPING UPDATE 12/17/20 8:30PM EST ***READ BEFORE ORDERING!***

1: All estimated delivery dates are for ESTIMATED PURPOSES ONLY!
2: We use UPS & Canada Post as our carriers of choice to ship within Canada. Both carriers are experiencing delays due to order volumes & Covid-19. Please be patient.
3: Tracking information will be sent to you by email when your order is picked up by UPS or Canada Post.
4: All in stock items will ship. Out of stock items will ship at a later date.

WAREHOUSE PICKUP

1: After placing your order, you will be contacted by email to confirm when it is ready to pickup. DUE TO ORDER VOLUME THIS TAKES 1/2 TO 1 BUSINESS DAYS. 
2: If you have not received a “pickup confirmation” email your order is not ready for pickup.
3: If you have not received a “pickup confirmation” email after 2 business days please contact us by email - tracking@tmrcustoms.com

Returns

Returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 10%. Items are non-refundable after 30 days from the invoice date (no exceptions!). All dealer/wholesale orders are final. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. If your original shipment shipped for free the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
