Wrong size. They fell through the I.D. of the bushings. We machined one of our own from round stock.
Hmmm, we're confused. They didn't fit into 1.5" ID Tubing? Or did you misunderstand the sizing? We sell hundreds of these a year and have never had an issue. The 4th product image has detailed dimensions on it for confirmation. Please let us know. Thanks!

Picked up both sizes of these mockup bushings and they're a huge time saver!
No more having to remove the bushings after tacking the tabs and risk the tabs pulling.
Perfect amount of clearance left to powder coat and still slide the bushing in place.
